[Closed] Eeeor VSF_SF_1003

I watch Viki on two Samsung TVs, one of which rarely or never has any issues, and the other consistently gets this VSF_SF_1003 error multiple times a day (sometimes every few minutes, sometimes a few times an hour). How do I fix this?
