[Closed] Lunar new year 30% promotion for existing subscriber

Hello, I've been trying to reach Help Center with a request but haven't got any response for more than one week now. I'm an existing subscriber with a subscription that ends in December this year. Would it be possible for me to extend my subscription with one more year and taking part of the Lunar new year 30% discount promotion? Thanks!
