[Closed] I keep getting "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported." HELP

Im using VIKI pass and was watching the cdrama "Fake it till you make it" and it was working fine but now I press play to an episode, i get a black screen and "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported." 

I deleted the cookies on chrome and it still wont work. I also tried using a different browser and still get the same. 

Please help me solve this issue.

  • I'm also having this issue today, it just started and no matter if I deleted cache, cookies and restart my computer nothing works.

  • Happening for me as well, tried logining in and out, clearing cookies/cache and uninstalling/reinstalling the app as I tried using that instead of the web browser and no luck.

  • Me too. Super annoying. I just wanted to relax for a bit but instead it's just more stress. Cancelled my subscription because the service has been so spotty lately. I've been having this problem off and on for awhile now.

  • same for me, it's frustrating, none of the videos will play on there and I have viki pass plus, I also tried clearing the cookies. I use chrome but even tried a different browser but it won't play on there either

  • Same here but it's affecting all my shows not one singular episode. This happened before and clearing the browser history and cache seemed to fix the problem. But this time that's not working. Even logging out and back in isn't working.
