I have Firetv, Viki app does not give me google option to log in.
I have Firetv, Viki app does not give me google option to log in. I have reinstalled Viki on both my phone and Firetv to no avail. Thus I tried to log in with my email through the instructions given to login with email for Google. So it says to change password. I sent for a link but the link keeps sending me to viki.com and nothing shows up but my Viki home page. So it's a circle of continue for asking for a link to change my password and not being able to. So frustrating.

We're sorry that the removal of the Google sign in button on the Fire TV app has cause confusion.
To clarify, all the Facebook/Google/Rakuten sign in buttons lead to the same Code login page on the Fire TV app. Thus, you may click on any of those button to log in via a TV code.

If you are trying to link through a phone or device that has the Viki app installed, here's how you link that phone/device to your new firestick:
1. Uninstall the Viki app
2. Go back to viki.com/firetv
3. This time, it should take you to the code entry page
4. Enter the code from your tv
5. After the linking is completed, you can reinstall the app on your phone/device
As long as the app is installed, going to Viki.com/firetv will just redirect you back to the app. But the only way to get to the code entry page is via browser. So you have to uninstall the app for it to stop redirecting you.
