Facebook sign on. Can't use it on roku

Have a Facebook signon. Paid for vikiplus. Cannot log on via roku. Keeps telling me my password is invalid.

    Hi there!

    I'm really sorry to read that! I'd like to suggest that you reset your password before trying to log in via Email and Password again:

    Reset your password

    1. Visit viki.com/forgot_password
    2. Enter your email address and click "Reset Password”
    3. A password reset email will be sent to your inbox
    4. Click on the link on the email and enter your new password. Do make sure to check your Spam folder if you can't find it on your Inbox.
