[Closed] Subtitles not working
As of Friday, Viki for Roku has all the sudden stopped displaying subtitles. I made sure "always show captions" is on, and that the dramas say they are 100% translated, but none of them will show the subtitles. I logged out and back in - no change. I uninstalled then reinstalled - no change.
How can I resolve this issue? I've had this app for four years and have never had this issue.
Viki on my cell is working just fine, so it's a Roku app issue with Viki.

I'm having the exact same problem. It happened yesterday but I was ready to go to bed. Just attempted tonight, still not working. I have done the exact same steps as the posted comment above.
Same here for the new episodes.
