[Closed] SUBTITLES NOT WORKING ON ROKU
Beginning with episode 15 on Warm on a Cold Night and episode 13 on A Starry Love, the subtitles are not showing. I have no issue on any of the other programs I have watched. I have 2 TCL Roku TVs and 2 Roku set top boxes and none of them work. The entire episodes, not any particular beginning/end point.

Same here. Subtitles not visible on Heavenly Idol or Kokdu. Two Rokus. Subtitles not working on either of them. PLEASE HELP.
Same issue here. I can watch Starry Love until episode 12 with subs just fine and any episode after that has no subs. Also using Rokus, tried on two different TVs. The subs work fine if I watch on my desktop, but I don't want to do that.
Edit: I have tried restarting the Roku app and the Viki app. Also checked for updates and am up to date.
Same issue and have tried to do all the things to resolve it on my end. Nothing works to get the subtitles on new episodes.
I just tried this and it fixed the issue:
Once video starts to play, on your remote press the asterisk button.
The video will pause. Choose the 2nd subtitles for English version. (In the options for language). The 1st one seemed to not be working for some reason and when I chose the 2nd one, voila! It worked.

I have no idea why there are 2 English options to begin with and I never changed anything on my end between Episode 12 and 13 but at least I can watch again. Thanks again :)
