[Solved] Video display issues

I became a Viking standard subscriber a month back. I had set my video display to SD (.4 gb/hr). Unfortunately the video plays at HD (.7gb/hr) on my fire stick and phone and there is no option for setting this back to SD. I had to cancel my subscription as this was eating up my data. 

I truly like Vikki content and wished this issue was resolved.
