[Closed] Unable to watch videos, freezing after playing ads

We are unable to watch videos on my Mac OS, videos freeze after playing ad.. if we resume the video the ad plays again. We are unable to use this on my chrome browser. 
This issue is not show or episode specific, happening for any show.
