[Closed] Sony Smart TV - Rakuten Viki app coming up with "Retry"
Hi!
A couple days ago my Rakuten Viki app on my Sony Smart TV automatically logged me out, and now everytime I open the app it prompts me to "Retry", and when I retry it either tells me there is a network issue, or takes me to the login page.
When I try to log in using my Google account (how I have set up my Viki) it tells me "There was an unexpected issue generating the login code. Please check you internet connection and try again."
Things I have done:
1. Checked that my network was working fine, internet is working, all other apps (Netflix and Youtube) both loading videos as per normal.
2. Cleared cache
3. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app
4. Tried logging in using the QR code instead, leads to the same errors as above
Any ideas?
