[Solved] Subscription

I have account already but why keep saying that I need to subscribe. Which I don’t understand.

    We looked up your email address, and it appears that you're getting Viki Pass benefits whenever you are logged in with this email address.

    If you still can't see subscription benefits, we recommend taking the following steps:

    1. Log out from your Viki account
    2. Log back in to Viki  

    If that doesn't fix the problem, please let us know and we'll be glad to help. Be sure to send us full-monitor screenshots of any of the issues you see by writing our Help Center at watch.viki.com/BillingSupport.
