[Solved] Regarding the plan change fee

  Hi madomado_14_168,

  Thank you for your interest in upgrading your subscription.

  For Viki.com subscriptions, upgrades can be made without canceling your current subscription. Additionally, the change will be immediate and a prorated charge will be processed to cover the difference of the upgrade.

  These are the steps to upgrade your plan:

  1. On a web browser, log in to Viki.com. 
  2. Click on your profile icon on the top right-hand corner of the homepage.
  3. Select Subscription and Settings
  4. You will be able to see your Viki Pass subscription, billing details, and the ChangePlan option.
  5. After making the desired changes to your subscription, Viki will send a confirmation email to the email linked to your Viki account.

  Do note that plan changes are processed immediately. As a prorated credit, all unused portions of your original subscription will be rolled forward to your new subscription.
