[Closed] On LG OLED42C2PUA the App keeps displaying the message: Something Went Wrong...

When I launch the app, I get the message something went wrong and there is nothing else I can do other than Exit ( Cancel puts me in an endless loop). I have already tried uninstalling and installing the app multiple times. The problem keeps coming back. It started happening after the most recent update early this month.
