[Closed] Only 12 of 14 "My Collections" are showing (2 disappear/can't access)

Where did my collections go?  After spending so much time putting them together 2 disappear at random (SEE ALL button is A JOKE) & the dropdown menu to categorize the drama or movie lists only 12 of the 14 created lists (at random).  Right now, I have watched a movie but "My Collection" called MOVIES, where I would categorize it, is nowhere to be found....UUUUGGGGHHHHH!!!!

    After they changed the UI for the collections, I also can only see 12 of my total collections. It's incredibly frustrating.
