Two firetv sticks tvo tvs same account.

I am still waiting for a solution to help me with my login issues for almost a month now yet, I keep up my subscription. I bought a second firetv stick for my bedroom tv and I am unable to login using the same account as the original one in my sitting room. I can’t understand the problem, IQIYI did it simple with no problems. I keep sending you messages that you don’t give a direct answer to.
