Movies play on tablet and mobile phone but not on smart tvs. TCL and Hisence smart tvs.

[Closed] No movie will play on either of my smart tvs

When I click to play any movie I get kicked out of the viki app everytime on my smart tvs. I Whyyyyy? I can watch dramas but I want to watch movies on my TV too.
