[Solved] Viki roku all shows blocked

Signed up for Viki plus on Roku. I could watch free shows before signing up. After signing up ALL shows are blocked. I can't watch a single show. The free week will expire and a payment will come out and I won't be able to watch a thing.

    Sorry for the wait! Our engineers have gotten back to us and this Roku issue has been fixed. Please try to reinstall the channel first if you're still encountering problems.

  • I'm having the same issue. I've subscribed for almost yer and suddenly i can't watch anything on my tv/roku but everything is fine on my mobile app.

  • They must be having issues today. I have been a subscriber several years and it happens on occasion. I am unable to watch through my Roku today as well.

  • WORKED WITH ROKU SUPPORT AND ROKU SAYS IT IS NOT THEIR PROBLEM AND I TOLD THEM -- IT IS THEIR PROBLEM BECAUSE VIKI IS PROVIDING THEM A BROKEN APP

    AND VIKI STATUS ON TWITTER MAKES NO MENTION OF THIS PROBLEM AT ALL!!!

  • Same here, I can't watch any shows from Viki on Roku -- everything says "content blocked"?  I'm tearing my hair out ... I only watch Viki on my TV.

  • Cant watch it on Roku, and when you try to watch it on line everything keeps buffering and jerking...Wish someone did monitor these posts...

  • I have had this for over a year and have never had any issues with it. I can still watch on my phone and iPad, it just isn’t working on my Roku. All of the shows, including one my daughter was watching yesterday is blocked.

  • Just starting having the same problem as of yesterday 7/28/22.  Any answers as to why this is

    happening and if it will be corrected?  Have loved Viki on roku up until now.

    I don't understand at all and feel frustrated. I have been very patient with Viki in the past but have come to understand they make nicey statements and then days and weeks and even months go by with comment or resolution.
