[Closed] firewall or vpn error message on amazon firestick
I downloaded latest version of rakuten Viki app on my newly bought amazon firestick. On trying to play a video of Cheese in the Trap (from India) I get the message "You seem to be using a proxy or VPN ". I'm able to view the Same video on mobile. Kindly help resolve this.

Wanted to add that the same message is appearing for any video I try to play on viki through firestick. Cheese in the trap was just an example. Also I am not using any firewall or proxy. I am able to watch the videos on mobile using same wifi.
Hi, above steps work can only on laptops or mobile. I'm trying to Stream through rakuten Viki app directly on TV via firestick. There is no possibility of cache or cookies as even app was freshly installed on firestick. This is a case of false positive happening on TV! As mentioned, the content is available on mobile via Same wifi. Content is allowed in my country. Submitting report has not helped. Please suggest what else can be done.
Hi - i am having the same issues today via TV and the app was working since the last month? Submitted report as well with no response. No proxy or VPN.
