  Hello there,

  Thanks for writing in to Viki Support.

  We're sorry to hear that you experienced these issues with Viki while using AirPlay.

  Viki only supports AirPlay viewing between iOS devices and Apple TV. If you are experiencing issues with Viki on AirPlay from an iOS device to a non-Apple TV device, please know that we are currently unable to provide support for this. 
  
  We know that you may still be able to use AirPlay from your iOS device to a non-Apple TV device on other services/apps. However, other apps may be using other streaming protocols which we don't support. 

  We'd like to suggest that you look at our apps page for more up-to-date information on how else you can watch Viki, including information on our supported Connected TV devices. If you currently do not have any of the devices that we support, we’re glad to let you know that we do have more TV apps planned for the year. Once released, you'll be able to install it and watch Viki on your TV.

  If you are experiencing issues with Viki while using AirPlay from an iOS device to an Apple TV, we suggest you take these troubleshooting steps before trying  AirPlay again. Please let us know if the problem persists for you after taking the steps above and we'd be glad to look into it for you.
