[Closed] Just been charged £90 for an annual subscription for a free trial that I planned to cancel!

I am absolutely horrified and very upset right now that I have been charged such a huge amount of money that I (an unemployed university student) am not able to afford. I only planned to use this free trial to watch one thing and never use viki again, and now I am stuck with a year long subscription that I will never use. This is extremely unfair. There were still a few hours left until the trial was supposed to end. This is causing me a huge amount of mental distress. I hope viki do something about this because it's taking advantage of people plain and simple. I would've willingly paid the money if it was for a month pass, but the fact that it has charged me for an annual pass is a complete disgrace.
