  I understand and am sorry that you are experiencing issues with watching Viki on your Smart TV. Do note that Mobile, Tablet, and Smart TV browser playback is no longer available on Viki.

  To enjoy the best video watching experience, please download our app (Apple / Android), watch from any of our supported apps, or from a computer web browser. For more details, please click here.

  If you currently do not have any of the devices that we support, we’re glad to let you know that we do have more TV apps planned for the year. Once released, you'll be able to install it and watch Viki on your TV.
