[Closed] Viki Pass Plus

I have Vikki Pass Plus account .I pay 9.99 a month for it and tonight I get a sign saying I need to subscribe to it to watch it. I already do subscribe to it and have for a long time.

    Could you help to share more details of the issue?

    • What device is this issue occurring on? (eg. Roku / iOS mobile app / laptop web browser etc.)
    • Have you tried to logout and re-login to your subscription account?
    • Have you tried to reinstall the Viki app?
    • If possible, share with us a photo of the error message / issue you see.

  • I got the same message while streaming the manager ep189 it stopped and gave me that message. Checked it out online and it said it was restricted access for 19 days. They do have ep 190 out though. Same thing is happening to others. Viki, why?

    • Roku device then when it stopped went to Fire tablet and saw it stated that it was restricted for 19 days.
    • Since I was in fire tablet I logged into it separately
    • I can watch the episode now though (about an hour or so after initial issue), so maybe there is a system glitch with viki?
    • Message stated content was blocked, you will need to subscribe to watch (don't know the exact words)
