[Closed] Rakuten on roku

I have the app on iPhone with the plus subscription and have always used it to connect to roku tvs , however, last week it wouldn’t connect . Now I have two accounts and cannot connect to the one on my phone with paid subscription. A few other viewers seem to having the same issue. What is going on and how to I connect to my old account
