[Closed] Viki Keeps Crashing

I have FireTV. Since last night, Viki keeps crashing at about the 2 minute mark of episode 2 of Idol on Quiz. A few times I have been able to exit the frozen screen. However, then all the other videos on Viki don’t work and my other apps on FireTV begin having issues too. Other times, the Viki app outright crashes and I have to hard restart my FireTV. I’ve tried restarting several times and tried watching the episode again, but it keeps doing this. I think this is a problem with the episode or show and not my Firestick because if I play other apps immediately after hard restarting I have no issues.

    We're sorry that you're experiencing issues with Viki on your Connected TV Device.

    To make sure this is not an app problem can you please try the following?

    1. Log out from your account
    2. Uninstall and reinstall the Viki app from your device.
    3. Turn your device off and on again.
    4. Log back in to your Viki account by following the steps here.

    Are you still having the same issues with the Viki app? If so, can you please provide the following information?

    1. What version of the Viki app are you using? You can find this information in the app settings.
    2. An exact description of the issue you're experiencing.
    3. Which device and model number are you using?
    4. Your current location /region.
    5. Which specific movies or episodes are causing this issue? Please give as many details as possible
    6. A screenshot, picture, or short video of the error message or issue.
