[Closed] i need help

im trying to cancel my viki payment 

i tryed doing so on my pc nothing is showing to cancel my payment like it says.

it says that its managed by google play when i never bought my subscription that way. so i go to google play to my subscription and there are none.

so then i download the app on play store and its the same  story as on my pc.

    We've looked up your account and noticed that your subscription has been placed on hold by Google as there were payment failures. If the payment issue doesn't get resolved within 30 days, the subscription will be automatically canceled.

    If you would like to continue your Viki Pass, please refer to this Google article for a guide to fix your billing issue and resume your subscription.

    Alternatively, you may reach out to Google Play Support directly for more assistance on your billing details as we do not have access to check further for you. Hope this helps and do let me know if you have any other questions.

  • also the app when i go to cancel my subscription it says payment failed and there is no button to cancel it. and when i go back to my pc where the cancel subscription is it says next payment due November 15th and its not showing my last 2 recent payments.
