  Thanks for writing to us!

  In order to download Viki app on your Fire TV devices, please ensure that your device is able to support Fire OS 6 onwards.
  
  Learn how to update or download the Viki app on Fire TV devices here. You can learn more about our supported devices here. 

  Please let us know if the problem persists for you after the update and we would be happy to look into it for you! Do also include the following information:

  • Your Amazon Fire TV device model/version (Refer to this page for a reference list: https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=201640900)
  • The device OS (You can see your version of Fire OS by going to Settings > Device > Fire TV and looking at the "Software Version" details)
  • A photo of the search results you see on your Fire TV device while looking for the Viki app
