[Closed] Unabe to Change my password
Hello
O tried to reset my password and I received an e-mail and ir got to first pague on site.When I click on reset my password ir asked my actual password. I forgot ir.
At Lady how can I get it changed?

To reset your password:
1. Go to viki.com/forgot_password
2. Enter the email address you used to register
3. You will receive an email with further instructions. Follow the steps and update your password. Make sure to check your Spam folder if you don't see the email in your Inbox.

Dear kristoffer,
I have the same problem. But I forgot my password. I sent an email, and i followed the steps. But by making a new password, it says something went rong. I tried everything.
