Providing a bit more clarity about your questions on the latest Roku Channel version: We’ve removed the ‘Follow’ feature and the ‘Following’ list is no longer available with the new updated Viki Channel version 2.13 on Roku. You can now add shows directly to your ‘Watchlist’ on Roku instead. Learn how to do this here. For shows that were previously followed on the Roku app, they will still appear on your ‘Following’ list and can be accessed when logged into your Viki account on Viki.com or the Viki mobile app. For quick access to these shows on your Viki Roku Channel, you can add them to your ‘Watchlist’ as well. We understand that there may be confusion between the ‘Following’ and ‘Watchlist’ feature, and have shared your feedback with our team. To clarify - the ‘Follow’ feature enables you to get notification updates for new shows on the Viki mobile app, whereas ‘Watchlist’ allows you to save any show and view it across all your devices at a later time. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused and seek your kind understanding. We hope to streamline all our Connected TV apps and provide you with a better user experience.
If you are having other technical issues, please send details (screenshots included) to our Help Center at bit.ly/VikiHelp and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
There is a big problem here I "Only" watch all Viki dramas on my Roku setup on my TV. I have been a member for more than 5 years with a Plus Pass. Today July 28, 2021 My follow list is no longer there replace with a Watch List, and not all my dramas are there showing up.
And still Continue to watch is incorrect not showing where you may have left off or started watching. Please give this attention. There was a new update today for Vikii on Roku since then the follow list is not there. I have the very top of the line Roku it is Roku Ultra.
We have just received an update from our product team and we were advised that with the new Roku update, the "Follow" option has been removed and is replaced by "Watchlist"
Users are now able to add shows to their Watchlist on Roku.
Please note that "Following" is now only available on the Web, the Viki app on mobile + Apple TV, and only for On-Air and Coming Soon titles. For instructions, you may refer to this article: https://support.viki.com/hc/en-us/articles/360011721394
