[Closed] Watch History is not saving

For the past couple of weeks on Viki none of the new shows that I have been watching are not saving on my watch history and I have tried resetting the app and logging out and nothing seems to be working. Please help me fix my problem! :)

    Hi All,

    Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.

    Kindly note that the Continue Watching list will take about 15-30mins to be updated. Also, dramas/movies must be played for at least one minute. 

    If you’re Continue Watching list hasn’t been updated after 30 minutes,  may you try the following?:

    1. Log out from the Viki app
    2. Delete and Reinstall the Viki app
    3. Log back in to Viki

  • I am having the same problem. We watch about 5 on air shows and older shows as well. It's confusing when it doesn't keep up with what show we have watched all of or part of and we have to sort through them until we find out where we were at.

  • I’m having the same issue. It’s not saving my watch history on my phone or on my Roku. I’m watching multiple shows so this is extremely annoying. What is the fix? What was mentioned previously did nothing.
