[Closed] TCL Tv, rakuten viki will not show any tv or movies
i bought a TCL lcd tv two weeks ago. it setup ok. rakuten worked for about a week. and then it gets stuck with loud voices and then the tv freezes and then
is restarted with the TCL logo and had to be reset up. basically i can not watch any Rakuten Viki video, TV or movies.

I have uninstall rakuten viki, numerous times and to no avail. i have even factory reset the TCL tv. install the rakuten Viki. and still get the freezing problem and no rakuten viki program
