[Closed] Learn Mode Not Working
Hi,
I've seen multiple thread with people having issues similar to mine, but I haven't been able to resolve it. The learn mode seems to not be working on my player. I am watching SKY Castle Episode 10 and the Korean subtitles stop working at 9:00 mark (subtitle only shows the English ones). The player also didn't display Korean subtitles in Episode 9. I am using Google Chrome, tried clearing cookies, logging in/out, incognito mode and other browsers, but same problem appears.

This is happening to me on Love Designer (Chinese). It worked on episode 1 and part of episode 2. Episode 3 only worked on the intro song.
I am also having problems with Learn Mode for several Chinese dramas. The episodes have 100% English subtitles and 100% or 99% Chinese subtitles but when I turn on Learn mode only one language is displayed. This happens, for example, in: Go Ahead (Ep. 21), The Wolf, (Ep7), Guardian, (Ep.18). I'm using Google Chrome on MacOS Big Sur.
