[Closed] Can’t watch video via tv on Rakuten VIKI with VIKI Pass subscription

I paid for the $9.99 VIKI pass to watch Little Forest via my television on Rakuten VIKI, however every time I click to watch the show, it continues to say I need a VIKI pass. Please fix ASAP. Thanks.
