  Thanks for writing in to us.

  We have ceased support to the Viki app on Amazon Kindle Fire devices on July 1st, 2019.

  Issues encountered on the app will no longer be supported by our developers. 

  You can still enjoy Viki from your iOS or Android devices or any of our supported apps listed here.
