I’m sorry that you're experiencing issues with Viki on your Fire TV Device.
If you have tried reinstalling the app and the issue still persists, please provide the following information so we may look into it:
The Amazon Fire TV device version (Refer to this page for a reference list)
The device OS (You can see your version of Fire OS by going to Settings > Device > Fire TV and looking at the "Software Version" details)
Your Viki app version (On the app, Left Side Bar > Settings > About Viki)
If there are video playback issues, let us know the specific movies or episodes causing this (Eg. Hotel Del Luna ep 3)
A screenshot, picture or short video of the error message or issue.

Been following this post as i have the same issues on Firestick. All troubleshooting issues have been tried except deleting and reloading VIKI. I won't do that as I can *sometimes* have nights where there is no issue. It is either the screen with the network error, or the video stops and buffers, and says video fails to load. {network issue} What is going on - I have had this sub on Fire for years now - why issues now? I have the same equipment and subscription and TV I always have had? I know this is not an ISP issue because I do not get any problems with NETFLIX.
By the way, I have always had an email logon, and not a Google login.
I also use an email log in, not a Google log in, despite my email being a Gmail. But no, I'm still experiencing the same issue with the app. No shows at all will load from the main screen and when I try to log in it says that I'm not connected to the internet.

I reset my FireTV to factory and re-installed the app and it worked.
