all dramas with ratings based on unavailability of content (Somewhere Only we Met - last unfair review number encountered)
I am reiterating a complaint that many viewers have. When I watch a masterpiece and there is no way it has a "8.5 or 8.7" rating I try to find out from comments what did I miss. It always turns out to be someone giving the drama a one star because it is not subtitled or available in their language. It it unfair to the drama and the actors and subtitle volunteers who put so much time and energy into their work. Rakuten Viki needs to eliminate ratings below a 5 star if the corporate office is not going to monitor and delete these extremely biased reviews with no merit.

There is something called the Reviews Policy and the ways you can react on reviews that aren't actually reviews.
