Viki will not let me in!!

I push on the app and it starts loading like normal but then on the main page of the app it says there's a box that pops up and it says "Oops! There was an error, your session has expired. Please restart the app to start a new session." And there's a little ok button in the box that this says so I push the ok. But it just reloads the same way in the same box pops up and it won't let me do anything. I even installed the app and installed it back and it's doing the same thing. Idk what to do!!

  • I am having the same problem on my Roku. I even tried to create an account for the Roku app but it says the page is restricted so I can't even sign in.

    Sorry for the issues with logging in! We are currently experiencing issues with login.

    We have applied a temporary fix for the issue and you should now be able to log into your account again.
