Lack of subtitles and regional restrictions

The incidence of dramas with absent or missing english subtitles is so high that it is getting to the point I am reconsidering the subscription as there is no point, I cannot understand what is happening in the drama so waste of time watching it.

This is a major issue that will impact the growth of the vikki rakuten volume of subscribers so please address it as apart from this problem it is a very good site.

I doubt that the regional restrictions can be lifted that simply as it is tied up around international treaties around copyrights.  Please invest in lawyers and such to find what can be done to continue to provide the service that your subscribers need to view the content and be happy with the service provided.  In the meantime can you please hire some translators.
