  Please try resetting your password to see if it helps. You can reset your password by taking these steps:

  1. Go to viki.com/forgot_password
  2. Enter the email address you used to register
  3. You will receive an email with further instructions. Follow the steps and update your password. Make sure to check your Spam folder if you don't see the email in your Inbox.
