[Solved] missing english subtitles
Please help, I have been watching several shows on Viki and most recently the english subtitles disappeared. I cant tell if its just incomplete or there is a problem with the system. I am currently watching Hwayugi ep 9 and mid-way english subtitles disappeared. I checked back with other shows I watched and the english is not there either? whats happening...can someone help? I am the pass plus member

Master in the House Ep 25 has 100% English subtitles, but no subtitle is showing for me. I checked Ep 24 which I already saw & no Eng subtitle is showing for me on this today. Can someone check? Thanks.

Happened to me this morning all of a sudden on my laptop. It must be a system error and not our individual set ups.
so odd my 2nd laptop is showing the subtitles just fine. I cant understand why some laptops/comp are affected and not others.
I have subtitles on my Samsung Galaxy S9, but not on my computer.
i have even tried diff browsers, google chrome, edge, firefox...still not working akkkk. and we are paying for this service. would be great if they could fix it soon...i need my kdrama fix :)

is this community chat viewed by Viki tech support? I wonder if there was a recent upgrade on our computers that caused this glitch?
same problem, watching on a MAC, all subtitles have dissappeared
watching on a chrome book. All subtitles are gone.
watching on Mac and the subtitles are suddenly in korean.

did the subtitles get restored?
I get the subtitles already.
