[Solved] OH MY GENERAL Episodes FAILING to load SUB EDITOR OR SEG TIMER.
Several tries to get one to load. I need the next one to come up cause..we're ready to sub it.
it's been 10 minutes.....I tried seg timer, sub editor, switched languages, nothing is working. I have another channel that IS working thankfully so...but...I need to get into this one too, plus subbers will come in and it won't be up?
this is the message:
"There is some issue loading the subtitles. We are aware of this and are retrying in the background. Please be patient."

P.S. it's not shown anywhere on the twitter status for Viki that this is going on - do we need to write tickets?
What's more, all the sudden my contributions have stopped updating an hour ago? for some weird reason. So even now i"m in an episode working at UL - that came up - everything else I tried is NOT...?
HELP?

I haven't noticed any issues, but I haven't been as active these past few days.

Hi Kristie,
Yesterday when I was subtitling, I did notice that the subtitles on my profile stayed stuck at 49,864 subtitles and then at 49,923 but the 50,000 subtitle badge did pop up in the subtitle editor and now (the morning after) that badge is visible on my profile, just the subtitles at still at 49,923 ~I was working on Attack it, Lightning.
I just tried subtitling again to see if my sub counter is still broken, but I got the same bug as before in Attack it, Lightning:
"There is some issue loading the subtitles. We are aware of this and are retrying in the background. Please be patient."
I can however load The Man who can't get Married after waiting for 2 minutes.
I subbed a part in The Man who can't get Married from 0 to 20% and my subtitle counter isn't moving from the 49,923, so I'm stopping for now T.T
And I can't load the segment timer of NSSA basic either.
None of my segments have registered either in the past few days.

The engineers have fixed the issue and it should be working now.
