[Closed] RESTRICTED ACCESS

I have recently been trying to watch several shows on Viki, but get a "restricted access" screen and a place to enter a pin code.  I do not have a pin code.  I followed directions to go to my Viki account and create a pine code, but cannot find where and how to do so....

What am I missing???
