[Closed] Continue watching is not working

I hope this will be resolved soon. I love all of the series I'm watching but unless I continuously watch, the system loses track of where I leave off. It's very frustrating. I've tried all suggestions. I'm not the only one, I see. Hope you can get it straight soon.
