[Closed] Never received confirmation email for renewal
I tried to use the 30% off annual plus pass subscription code upon renewal 11/24 and it said it was successful, however I never received any confirmation email to back the transaction, AND nowhere in my account do I see this applied. My original ticket number for help is #1810516.
Can someone confirm that this went through? Today is the last day for the discount so that’s why my request is urgent. Thank you!
