Why is Viki app no longer supported on Amazon play / Kindle Fire? Insufficient explanation just to say oh well, sorry no longer supported.....

When they updated the app in the process a lot of people couldn’t use the app anymore. It does look like kindle fire is no longer supported. Honestly there is really no reason to ask CS. They won’t do anything about it. Will be a waste of time. They will just give you generic answer. Not give you solution.
