[Closed] Kocowa Subtitles Out of Sync when in Chromecast
Hi its been a month and the subtitles are still showing too early and out of sync when casted via Chromecast to the tv. And you still have not resolved this. My subscription is ending and I’m thinking of not renewing. What’s the point of renewing? We are getting subpar service when we’re subscribed to your most expensive subscription? Absolutely ridiculous that it’s taking you this long to resolve this. And saying watch on your other devices is not a solution. Please don’t close this case until you fix the problem.

I am also having the same issue. I restarted my chrome cast, deleted and re installed the Viki app and the chrome cast app and the subtitles are still out of sync...
