Firestick TV Viki app - video too large for TV screen

When I use the Viki app on my TV through Firestick, the video played on the screen seems to be too large like it's zoomed in which makes the subtitles large and cut at the edge of the screen. Is there any way to make the video fit the screen?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! 

    To make sure this is not an app problem can you please try the following?

    1. Log out from your account
    2. Uninstall and reinstall the Viki app from your device.
    3. Turn your device off and on again.
    4. Try to adjust the Display settings of your TV. Eg. You can try to adjust the display area or picture mode. 
    5. Log back in to your Viki account by following the steps here.

    Are you still having the same issues with the Viki app? If so, can you please provide the following information?

    1. Your Amazon Fire TV device model/version (Refer to this page for a reference list: https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=201640900)
    2. Your Viki app version (On the app, Left Side Bar > Settings > About Viki)
    3. Does this occur for all videos you are watching? If not, which specific movies or episodes are causing this issue?
    4. Does this occur on your other video apps?
