Grey Boxes

I have attempted to troubleshoot using the different FAQ sections, but I can't watch any episodes. The only thing that shows are blinking grey boxes.

Assistance to access shows again, or a refund for this month's fees would be greatly appreciated.

    To make sure this is not a browser issue can you please try the following?

    1. Log out from your account
    2. Clear your browser cache and cookies How do I clear the cache and cookies on my web browser?
    3. Close your current window, then launch a new window
    4. Log in to your Viki account
    5. Try again from another browser (eg. Chrome/Firefox/Edge/Safari)

    Are you still experiencing these issues? If so, could you please share the following information?

    • Browser version and operating system. Click here to see all related information.
    • Does this issue occur while watching on another web browser?
    • Does this occur on all shows? Please provide example shows and episodes you're having problems with (ex. "Chicago Typewriter" Episode 2)
    • A screenshot/photo of the grey box issue
