[Closed] Vpn and proxy error appearing again

I am loosing patience with your service as again it is blocking me from accessing content saying that I am using a vpn or proxy service when I am not.
So very frustrating and your third party  vpn police has not responded even though it has been more than 24 hours. 
Can you please fix this asap - most troublesome streaming app ever. Used to be so good, not sure what has gone wrong.
