[Closed] VIKI APP NOT COMPATIBLE WITH GOOGLE TV AND IT SAYS: PLEASE CONTACT DEVELOPERS FOR MORE INFORMATION. HELP PLEASE!

I'm still having issues with the VIKI APP, I'm extremely upset because I received a response in my native language, spanish, where a person is telling me that she also has a Chromecast with Google TV and that she saw I have my viki app OUTDATED, well how can I update an app that's NOT AVAILABLE anymore on the Google Play Store? I had to restart my chromecast to see if that was the problem, same thing is happening, the app was downloaded by default by Google but when I try to see the details or get an update it says "This app is not compatible with this device, please contact developers for more information". Please, I've already sent another complaint but I'm not having a SOLUTION, all I'm having is "We'll take a look, it's your problem because you have the app OUTDATED". Somebody told me they're aware of this issue and that they'll let me know when they have a response from Google, but nothing has being fixed yet. I'm a SUPER VIKI FAN, please don't lose a customer, I hope someone could help me fix this issue. I'm from Mexico, so probably this won't be the same case on your devices if you live in the States or somewhere else. I ask for a solution, please. My Google TV, when I open the VIKI APP DETAILS, is telling me to contact developers, and that's what I've been doing FOR DAYS and still no solution. I hope somebody could take a look and fix this issue, it's NOT an isolated problem, there's a problem with the VIKI app and Google TV, that's for sure. Last Viki App version I have is 22.10.0. Help!!!
