3. [Closed] Viki shows I have a proxy or VPN in use and refuses to stream the series

I'm having the same issue and i've never had a vpn, it makes no sense.....I have sent 5 reports at this point and still nothing.

I've been having this issue and I don't even have a vpn. i've reoprted it 5 times now, but it still won't let me watch, and I have a paid subscription so at this point I've just wasted my money....
